Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for returns

You can initiate a return if:

• The item is in original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• The return is requested within 3 days of delivery.
• The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (e.g., innerwear, accessories, or clearance-sale items, unless damaged or defective).

2. Return process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@hedgehogkids.com or send a WhatsApp text to +91 98110 88222 within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Share your order ID, the reason for return, and clear images if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship (in some PIN codes).
• After receiving the returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or wrong item.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

• Size issues (if the same item is in stock).
• Damaged or defective products.

Please note: exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

5. Non-returnable items

• Innerwear & intimate wear
• Accessories (jewellery, bags, etc.)
• Customised or made-to-order items
• Products on final sale / clearance

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund on priority.

7. Cancellation policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must go through the return process.
