Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at hedgehogkids.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If restrictions are put in place by health or government authorities at any time, you may experience an extended delay in receiving your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Within India: shipping is free. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (conditions apply).
- Outside India: shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 days standard (conditions apply).
- Shipment methods: within India — Shiprocket / Shipglobal; outside India — UPS / FedEx / DHL Standard.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
FashionIsta Global, operator of hedgehogkids.com, is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
FashionIsta Global is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit by the shipping carrier. However, if you receive an item in damaged condition, we will ensure a resolution keeping your interests in mind — this may be through an exchange on return of the product.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
